SPRING CLASS SERIES!

Class will begin with a grounding warm up finding space, ease, and support thorough the energetic and anatomical pathways in our bodies. Through simple improvisational structures and building on choreographic material, we will work with attention to presence, intentions of initiation, relationship to weight / gravity and expanse in our dancing.

*Proof of vaccination required & Covid safety protocols will be followed*
Classes will be at Studio 44 in Sunset Park
